Troy A. Allen will be creating spontaneous sculptures and vicarious drawing devices for wall drawings at Art.Science.Gallery. for the next two weeks. Come by and try out some interactive kinetic art while ASG takes a little winter break! See more of Troy’s work at www.troyaallen.com.

Far Out at Texas Museum of Science & Technology

Art.Science.Gallery.’s Far Out show, the gallery’s exhibit inspired by NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope, is currently on view at the Texas Museum of Science & Technology (1220 Toro Grande Drive, Cedar Park, TX 78613) through March 18, 2018. It is a traveling version of the Art & Science 2017: James Webb Space Telescope exhibit from NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center.

Art.Science.Gallery. announces the opening of The Birds, the gallery’s newest art exhibition about ornithology: the science of birds. Work by 10 artists from Texas, Illinois, Florida, Missouri and Portugal will showcase work that is steeped in and reflective of scientific ideas about birds. Works in the exhibition explore topics such as bird migration, communication, taxonomy, feeding behavior, natural history, flight behavior, bird diversity and conservation.
