Calling all artists, scientists, engineers, makers, educators and science communicators! Have an idea for a workshop or class you’d like to teach? We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced educators for classes that blend art and science for our 2016-2017 lineup of classes and workshops!
Previous course topics have included: Poetics of the Natural World, Creating Information & Data Visualizations, The Science of Chocolate, Botanical Field Sketching, Natural History of Austin, Integrated Anatomy, Designing Effective Scientific Presentations, Color Chemistry, Block Printing, Solar Printing, Ecology for Everyone, Insect Macro Photography, Botanical Illustration (studio).
Interested in art? Fascinated by science? We want science to be accessible to everyone. That’s why we integrate art into our classes!
